How do we solopreneurs achieve the focus which is essential if we are to create a Business to Love? How do you carve out a piece of calm time in which you do the most important things to move your business forward? What does it take?
First off I recommend observing what you allow to dissipate your focus: e-mails, incoming phone calls you are not expecting, the doorbell, unwanted family visitors who know you work at home and believe they can interrupt at any time. You've gotta set some ground rules for yourself and for them. Let them know where you stand. Let them know you are serious about your business.

This is about business planning.

One of my clients flagged to me this week that she has a lingering belief somewhere, that she has collected along the way in her life, that perhaps business is bad and, by inference, that she will need to become a bad person if she is to be successful at it.
Is that what you feel too, even if only a little?

Question: How do I build and manage my client base from scratch in the evenings and weekends when I am working full-time.
This is a variant on the first question of the day. It takes determination and good planning, networking and marketing.
